The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Identity Verification
40000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of its security and compliance procedures. This may include a copy of your identification card, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 40000 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems or servers in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Colluding with other users to defraud the payment system or manipulate game outcomes.

- Transferring your account balance to another individual or carrying out any transaction that involves a change of account ownership.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing and forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All deposit transactions on the 40000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, Boost, and online bank transfers. Successful deposits are automatically credited to your account, typically within minutes depending on bank processing times. 40000 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the verified user. 40000 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending the completion of identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time. Any applicable taxes or banking charges are the sole responsibility of the user.
Disputed Transactions
For any transaction-related disputes, users must contact the 40000 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, 40000 is under no obligation to investigate or provide compensation for any claims relating to that transaction.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 40000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 40000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. 40000's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
40000 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: fraud or suspicious activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, activities that conflict with applicable laws, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed and the closure is confirmed to be unrelated to a user violation, any valid balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 40000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 40000 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 40000. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
